When I first learned that Pixar was not renewing their dstribution contract with Disney, I saw this as a good thing, leaving Pixar in the driver's seat to set up a far more favorable deal with another distributor in the future. I bought some stock in Pixar on that news. And I'm glad I did! It's through the roof.

Question: Does anyone here have any inside knowledge about how the company is run? I love Steve Jobs' vision and leadership. But I'm wondering how the work environment is. Are employees happy at Pixar, for the most part.

And does Pixar offer employees stock options as an incentive?

I'm just looking for more info to better judge whether to hold or sell. Right now, I'm holding!

P.S. Anyone here who is currently working for Pixar, or who has in the past, I just want to personally thank you for doing your part in making all of Pixar's films so damn enjoyable. Loved them all, and in particular, The Incredibles. Fun and awesome!
